Our story began at home — not in a laboratory, but in a time of crisis, faith, and determination.
Years ago, when hospitals were difficult to access and conventional options were limited, I turned fully to herbs, organic food, and the wisdom of natural healing to care for my family. Through faith, research, and hands-on practice, I witnessed how nature could restore strength and balance. That experience changed our lives.
My husband left behind smoking and drinking. Our home became healthier. Our bodies became stronger. And our belief in simple living deepened.
Today we live close to the land — raising backyard chickens, growing food, making natural soaps, and choosing organic nourishment whenever possible. We believe food is medicine, and medicine is food. We believe the Creator designed the natural world with intelligence and healing built into it.
This company was born from that conviction.
We are not selling trends. We are sharing a way of life: simple food, honest ingredients, traditional herbal wisdom, and peaceful living. Our products reflect the same principles we practice at home — purity, respect for nature, and care for the body.

It all began in our kitchen—fresh herbs on the counter, the scent of soil in the air, and a simple question:
If we care so much about what we eat, why not care just as much about what we put on our skin?
Our skin is a living part of us, and what we apply matters. Conventional products are full of artificial fragrances, sulfates, silicones, and other chemicals that don’t belong in our homes or on our bodies. For those with sensitive skin, even small irritants can make a big difference.
So we started Back to Herbs LLC—handcrafted skincare inspired by the earth, the garden, and generations of simple, effective remedies. Using a mortar and pestle, we create creams, soaps, lotions, and shampoo bars in small batches, from plant-based ingredients grown or gathered with care. No synthetic chemicals. No harsh additives. Just nature doing what it does best.

“Why my soaps look different”
I go with the flow when I make my soaps, so be ready to be surprised—each one is unique and safe.
The color you see while mixing soap is not always the final result. After curing for about six months, the true color reveals itself—often surprisingly.
Going with the flow means letting the soap develop naturally. I don’t use chemicals to harden it, preservatives to extend shelf life, or dyes to control the color. Every bar is allowed to become uniquely its own.”
